The Mackay Whitsunday Natural Resource Management Group is
inclusive of a broad membership of people from our community- it's
industry, environmental, educational and cultural interests.
Membership of our Management Committee aims to be inclusive of
the social diversity of our community and it's interests in natural
resource management.
Our operational staff include science-based, extension,
planning, project, research and catchment management staff -and
those who enable them to coordinate the delivery of the Regional
Plan and it's Regional Investment Strategy through their
corporate-administrative skills.
We operate as a team of people who share the values of
protecting this region’s natural and cultural assets as
we work and live in this region. We engage the community in the
pursuit of protecting these values.
