Investment Strategies within the program theme of Land,
Water and Waterways focus on delivering natural resource
outcomes which improve the condition of land,
water and vegetation assets.
Activities within this program are highly diverse and like other
programs, they maximise the use of the Sustainable
Landscapes scheme to engage private and public land
managers in the following aspects of sustainability :
- Catchment Management & Landcare
- Agricultural Best Practice - in cane, grazing & horticultural industries
- Sustainable Urban / Public Land Management
- Weed Eradication
- Farm Forestry
We work with organisations who share our interest in
protecting and managing our natural assets through partnership
projects which focus on outcomes in these activity areas.
