By applying strategic approaches to solving communications,
extension and engagement issues with our clients, stakeholders
and partners , we also manage our relationships in a way which
facilitates the delivery of effective natural resource management
outcomes across all program themes whilst promoting
the value of our work in the community.

Delivering the right message to the right people
at the right time by working with local media outlets such as
Channel 7 News.
|
Working effectively means communicating the issues in a way
which is meaningful to those who can assist us in resolving local
and regional natural resource management issues. We aim to get the
right message to the right people at the right
time.
We develop one-way informational products as extension
support 'tools’ - communications solutions - to
build understanding of on-ground resource management issues.
We also facilitate ongoing dialogue with
the community.
We engage people as partners in ongoing capacity-building
programs which support the delivery of themed program
objectives and the outcomes of the Regional Investment
Strategy.

|
We report on our research findings and planning
recommendations at the local level making the most of
community level activities and venues where we can get the message
out to our clients and partners.
